1. Delivery Timeline

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above Rs. [3000].

For orders below this, a flat shipping fee of Rs. [199] will be charged.
3. Order Tracking & Verification

Packing Video: As part of our trust promise, we will send you a complete packing video and images of your product via WhatsApp before dispatching.

Tracking Link: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to monitor your parcel.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD nationwide. Please ensure you are available to receive the call from our representative and the courier rider to avoid cancellations.
5. Damaged Parcels

6. Important Note: Parcel Opening Video
For your protection and to ensure a smooth return/exchange process, please record a full unboxing video while opening your parcel for the first time.

In case of any missing or damaged items, this video will serve as proof to process your claim instantly. No claims will be entertained without an unboxing video.
3PL Logistics Disclaimer (Third-Party Providers) 🚛

Service Partners: Charm Bands does not operate its own courier fleet. We partner with Pakistan’s leading 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) companies like Leopards, TCS, and CallCourier to deliver your orders.

Liability: While we guarantee timely dispatch from our warehouse, the final transit time, delivery attempts, and courier rider behavior are managed independently by the logistics provider.

Support: In case of any issues with the rider or delivery delay, please notify us, and we will escalate the matter with our logistics partners to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
