Ebize - Refund & Return Policy

At Ebize, we ensure that every product is checked and packed with 100% care. Because we provide complete transparency before shipping, our refund and return policy is very specific.

1. Pre-Shipping Verification (Our Promise)

Once your order is confirmed, our representative will share a Full Packing Video and Real Images of your product via WhatsApp. This ensures you see the exact condition and working of the gadget before it leaves our warehouse.

2. No Returns Without a Valid Reason

Since we provide videos and images beforehand, Ebize does not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or without a valid technical reason. Once the order is delivered and matches the pre-shipping video, it cannot be returned.

3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video (MUST)

This is the most important part of our policy. To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged or non-working product:

• You MUST record a continuous, unedited video from the moment you start cutting the parcel seal until the product is fully out and tested.

• The video should clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the box.

• Important: If a full "Start-to-End" unboxing video is not provided, NO refund or replacement will be entertained under any circumstances.

4. Damaged or Non-Workable Products

If the product is damaged during transit or is not working (and you have the unboxing video proof):

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will review the video and, if found genuine, we will provide a Free Replacement or a full refund.

5. How to Start a Claim?

⚠️ Important Note: Damaged Parcels "Agar aapko receive hone wala parcel phata hua (torn), khula hua (tampered), ya kisi bhi tarah se damage lage, toh please use bilkul receive mat karein aur foran courier rider ko wapas kar dein. Damage parcel receive karne ki surat mein Zenra kisi bhi nuqsan ka zimmedar nahi hoga."
